Rental Rates are based on occupancy of two (2) people. Each additional occupant will be $50 a month (No more than 4 occupants). Two Temporary resident IDs are available through the Temporary Resident Department at The Villages sales office for a fee. This fee is payable directly to The Villages sales office by tenant. The Villages ID’s give full access to all residential amenities including golf at any of the executive courses.
Owner pays for The Villages’ amenities, lawn irrigation and care, trash collection, pest control, property taxes, and property insurance. Tenant pays for renter’s insurance, utilities including electricty, water/sewer, and cable/wifi.
Your small dog (up to 30 lbs.) is welcome with a $300 pet deposit. Your dog must be potty-trained and courteous of the neighbors (no excessive barking). No cats. No subletting. No smoking or vaping permitted on the property.
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55 yrs or more. At least one tenant needs to be 55 or older. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Renter must have renter’s insurance and provide proof. Renter must also have good credit and references.
